Counselling: A Talk-Based Approach

Counselling is a structured, professional conversation that helps individuals deal with emotional

offers tools to build emotional resilience.

  • Relationship, marriage and family issues

  • Grief and loss (bereavement, divorce, or major life changes)

Counselling is a goal-focused process and can be either short-term or long-term depending on

issues. Some sessions may use Person-Centred Therapy (Rogerian approach), which focuses on

creating a safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore your feelings. Others may involve

more structured methods like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) or Acceptance and

Commitment Therapy (ACT), which help you notice and change unhelpful thought patterns and

behaviours. For those who want fast, solution-focused work, we may use Solution-Focused. Therapy (SFT). If you're working through trauma or painful memories, Eye Movement

Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) may also be suggested as part of your healing plan.

Hypnotherapy: Accessing the Subconscious Mind

Energy healing focuses on the body’s energy systems. Practitioners work to release energetic

blocks and support physical, emotional, and spiritual balance. Healing takes place through subtle,

non-verbal techniques that promote deep emotional release.
